Ever Forward Club Joins Global Cohort at
Rare Impact Fund Capacity Building Workshop

Aug 8, 2025

From June 24–26, 2025, Ever Forward Club participated in the inaugural Rare Impact Fund Capacity Building Workshop in New York City. Represented by Ashanti Branch (Founder and Executive Director) and Parth Savla (Director of the #MillionMaskMovement), Ever Forward joined a global cohort of 30 nonprofit organizations selected from around the world for their leadership in youth mental health.

Hosted by the Rare Impact Fund, the philanthropic arm of Rare Beauty founded by Selena Gomez, the three-day convening focused on strengthening nonprofit capacity through strategic planning, peer learning, and cross-sector collaboration.

Strategic Reflection and Organizational Growth

A key session led by La Piana Consulting focused on building strategic clarity in the face of uncertainty. Through activities like organizational self-assessment and scenario planning, participants explored how to align decision-making with mission, values, and long-term impact. For Ever Forward, it was an opportunity to reflect on our organizational identity and capacity as we continue to grow—scaling the #MillionMaskMovement, launching new events like the Global Young Men’s Conference, and expanding programs including Masks, eMotions, and Math and the Social Emotional Leadership Academy.

Global Collaboration Toward Youth Mental Health

The workshop gathered organizations from across the U.S., Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. Throughout the convening, leaders shared best practices in areas such as community engagement, board development, fundraising, and evaluation. The emphasis was on real-world problem-solving and building networks of mutual support across cultural and geographic boundaries.

For Ever Forward Club, this was more than a learning experience—it was a validation of the work we’ve been leading for over two decades. It also marked an important step in our efforts to scale our impact globally while staying deeply connected to the communities we serve locally.
