Meet Thomas Harnisch

I’m Thomas. And I’ve fallen through many systems — school, society, the scene.
I was involved in criminal circles, political fringe groups. I experienced dependency — not because I wanted to, but because no one was there to hold me.

What I needed back then?


Someone who truly saw me. Who really listened. Someone who gave me space — without trying to shape or lead me.

Today, that’s exactly the kind of space I want to create. Especially for young men.
Places where they can simply be real. No masks. No molds. No “you have to.”

Three things matter to me:

Freedom. Connection. Growth.
No freedom, no growth.
No connection, no direction.
No growth, no real life.

I work with NLP, systemic coaching — but mostly with presence. I listen. I ask questions. I give space.
Sometimes that’s enough to get things moving.
And if there’s one thing I do well:
I ignite the inner fire — the one that’s been there all along but no one notices.

I have a conviction:
If we want real change in society, we have to help young men find their own, authentic version of masculinity.
Not a role forced from outside. No ideal. But something that comes from within.

Interestingly, most people I coach are women. Over 90%.
That shows how little space there is for men to develop. To honestly look at themselves.
EFC Germany wants to change that.
Not against women — but for a society that’s truly balanced.
Because only those who know themselves can meet others eye to eye.
