Launching today, May 28, 2025, this deeply personal collection of stories takes of the author’s mask and offers a mirror, a roadmap and a love letter to every educator, mentor and parent who’s ever questioned their purpose in challenging systems.

Diary of a Confused Educator charts Ashanti’s path from an overwhelmed math teacher in Oakland, CA, where he was born and raised, to global changemaker and founder of the Ever Forward Club and the #MillionMaskMovement.
