Greetings Ever Forward Club Friends and Family,
The holidays are upon us and it's time to give back thanks. I'd like to express my deep gratitude for your continued support and enthusiasm around the work that we do at Ever Forward. We value you as a community member and look forward to deepening our interactions with you in the upcoming year! I hope you enjoy some of the 2019 highlights below along with some exciting announcements coming up in the new year.
2019 Highlights
We are well on our way to collecting 100,000 masks around the world, with over 40,000 so far in 14 countries! We have conducted over 81 workshops and did a special "Taking Off the Mask Workshop" at SXSW EDU this past year. We're excited to announce our new digital portal, which makes it super easy to submit your mask within minutes! We hope you participate and share with your communities.
We're excited to highlight the Academy of Alameda who's in their fourth year of hosting EFC's at their school. We kicked off this year with a "Taking Off the Mask Workshop," which was a huge success. The club is at capacity, with more and more kids trying to join. We love to see their buy-in and enthusiasm for the program!
My new TEDx video was released in 2019. This year the message is centered around the #100kMasks movement. Join us!
I presented both at Esalen and 1440 Multiversity, which was such an honor. I was joined with Warren Farrell and John Gray, co-authors of The Boy Crisis, where we introduced participants to the evidence, causes, and solutions to the boy crisis.
I also presented at CASEL and SXSW Edu, which was invigorating to be surrounded by so many educators who are affecting real positive change in our youth.

February 11th, 2020 Masked Ball
Join us for our first annual fundraiser which will include dinner, entertainment, and a live auction. Proceeds from the Ever Forward Masked Ball will benefit Ever Forward Club’s mentoring programs for under-served and at-risk young men of color through middle and high school.
